Counselings are not a substitute to traditional or prevalent medical practices, diagnosis and treatments.

Counselings are not meant to replace traditional treatment systems but are an adjunct to these systems. Clients are expected to consult licensed healthcare professionals for their healthcare. It is recommended that you contact your physical healthcare specialist with any of your health concerns. The decision to undergo Counselings are purely voluntary and entirely based on your free will and commencement of Counseling shall not and cannot be construed as promises for a permanent cure. During your Counseling sessions, we will gather selective personal and clinical information about you that may be held electronically. We will use this information for statistical monitoring process.

The personal information supplied by you will be used primarily for the purposes of Counseling, conducting internal administrative activities and assessing the quality of care we provide. We may use your personal information to contact you to arrange an appointment with us. We may use or disclose information supplied by you when we are required to do so by any local, state or union law.

We may need to contact you from time to time for the purposes of fixing up appointment dates. Unless otherwise notified, we will contact you by email or telephone at either your home or your office. We will endeavour not to leave messages with specific information about you. If you want to request that we communicate with you in a certain way or at a certain location, let the person registering or Counseling you know so that you may be given a form to make this request.

You are to note that the time of Counseling may extend beyond the expected time of completion. We may contact you to provide information about healing alternatives or other health-related benefits and services that may be of interest to you.
